Thermacare heat wraps

It's been mentioned before, but I have to give them their own thread. Tweaked my back last week on the first day, and after the first 24 of ice and Advil, switched to these and Advil (with a lot of stretching). Was skiing bumps today a week later, but carefully. Boy, they last long. The one I have on now I cracked open at 7am, and It's 6pm now. And they keep you warm as an extra bonus.

I am amazed at those things. I reaggravated a pulled chest/rib muscle a month or so ago, to the point that I could barely walk. I slapped one of those things on, and after like 30 minutes I was good to go, andyou're right, I think I put it on at 4pm and it lasted till like 11 the next morning.
