Ok so my former best friends girlfriend is talking shit about me aledgedly touching her wich I never did and is threatening to file a sexual harrasment suit wich would be impossible to win because well nobody has trusts me or even likes me. I of course have never thought of touching her due to the fact that shes fucking my said former best friend and the thought of that is fucking gross. The worst part is now I don't have a ride to school and have to get up 15 minutes earlier and see this girl who i love but she hates me everyday now and that is quite possibly the worst thing ever.

What the Fuck can I do?

Go skiing.

What you really need to concentrate on is BEING TRUE TO YOURSELF. Be your own best-friend, and you'll be fine.

I would'nt worry about the case, I'd almost guarantee it's just a threat. If not, I've heard it's almost impossible to prove in court. Especially when it's your word against theirs...I would'nt sweat it dude. She's probably just being vindictive like angry girls get.
