Scarpa sizing question

Searched on this, but didn't find what I was looking for...

I posted a pair of t2's in gear swap, but then realized I can't remember how the sizing worked when I bought them. I bought them in the middle of the 2003 winter and they are marked size 9. Anyone know if that's a UK size 9 or US size 9 based on their age?

I believe that those boots would be a size 9UK and a size 10US Standard. There old sizing system required way to much math for a pair of boots. Nothing like a Italian boot company with a UK sizing system, and selling them in the US
