997 on axe+ lifter

Hi,

I've got a set of 997s that i'd like to mount on a standard axe+ lifter.

Have any of you guys ever done this by drilling through the heelpiece of the lifter to allow the 5th screw through ? It looks like it would take it and still retain structural integrity ..... or am i completely wrong on that..

I use the 997/Axe set-up without the 5th screw and I can still go EXTREME
