Is it vain to go CAW CAW CAW yourself while dropping into the steep and deep?
I found myself doing it last year after riding first chair and after my first faceshot I couldn't help but to call myself out to all that were still on the chair. ;)
PS I've been calling out the sickbird freestylers during comps while riding the chair. Spectator/gaypers don't know what to think when you're yelling....

I did it because I was stoked and couldn't contain it to myself. I then thought of how that must have looked from the chair and I felt like a tool.

i often find myself making strange sounds, "whoop"s, "yeeahhh"'s, etc out loud when skiing, riding, etc, from sheer joy. just yesterday, ripping a sweet section of single track on "Hole in the Ground" trail in Tahoe, I was whooping out loud and laughing out loud...so, no big deal, I think, about the "CAW", just means yer stoked!
