Left arm numbness

Anybody ever have this happen, my left arm has been pins and needles on and off for the last few days. Pinched nerve or something I need to go see the dr. about?

See a doctor definately. I had that happen too me when I was young, just a pinched nerve. Probably give you some streching exercises but very well could be more serious.

went to the doc, he put me on some muscle relaxers(mmmmmm) and anti imflammatories. Suggested I go for some PT for my neck since I have a history of neck issues.
