My Genioglossus and Hyoglossus hurts really bad. Is it possible to hyper-extend it? It hurts to eat or speak.
Is there a good cure or exercise for this ailment? I didn't think that an hour of cunnilingus would result in this much pain the next day.

Dude, you of all people should know that you've got to build your endurance through regular training.
I reccommend moist heat with compression.

Attention, cunnilingus is no joke. I have a dull pain below the hinge of my jaw bone and it's fucking my shit up. The whole right side of my mouth is numb, but I can't find any conclusive solutions on WebMD. I think that it is my Masseter muscle. Should I go to the doctor?
