Huntin' and fishin

Went out yesterday to see if we could hook some lips and take in some of the fall colors on the Bitterroot River. Caught a few whitefish, but the scenary was much better.

Today I went up behind my house to do some scouting for elk season and founds some great spots. Hiking w/ my shotgun, I was able to take 2 grouse. One of them was a perfect shot, took his head clean off. No shots in the meat :D.

I'd put these in the user gallery for easier viewing but it's erroring out. Anybody having the same prob?

You are very, very lucky, beautiful scenery up there. Living in NJ might suck, but it will make getting to the mountains that much sweeter. Enjoy it, best wishes for a great fishing, hunting, ski season. :biggrin:
