Shitting is a real issue though, and I try to keep those cheeks squeezed all day if I can .

It's all fun and games until someone shits their pants next to you on a stalled chair.
A bunch of years back I was at Stevens Pass skiing the backside of the mountain. It was a relatively stormy day and I felt the urge for a quick pit stop. The backside bathroom is somewhat small, two stalls and two urinals. The heat is always cranked in there and it would serve as a passable warming hut if it didn't smell so bad, that and having to rub shoulders with guys coming in to do their business. I came up to the door and gave it a hard shove as it always sticks. Immediately I am hit with a horrible stench, much more foul than usual and see two guys. One is unwinding a streamer of toilet paper from a stall and the other is standing in the center of the room with his ski pants around his boots. He didn't have any base layers on, just a pair of shorts, and completely covering the backs of both legs was a full mudslide of gastrointestinal release. The poor guy's pants were also destroyed. Both men froze and quickly locked eyes with me. No words were uttered but our shared glance conveyed a conversation, "Help me!" "I'm doing the best I can" "I'm so sorry, I've got nothing". I hung my head and spun out the door. I still wonder to this day how he made it home. Did they clean up as best they could and spend 20 minutes riding lifts and skiing to get back to the parking lot in his soiled pants? Did his buddy go to the shop in the lodge and buy the cheapest pair of pants available and bring them back to him? Maybe one of them had some sweat pants or jeans they could retrieve from the car? What if they ran out of toilet paper and paper towels? My head spinning with possible outcomes I no longer felt the need to go and skied a few more powder laps as I worked my way back the main lodge.
