I have salomon strive 11 DEMO bindings in box, no shops around here think they have the Jig. Looked through the binding freedom site , couldn't find a paper template for them. Can anyone Help ?

Most demo clamps have big ass plates you can just set on the ski and use a sharpie to mark the holes for drilling.

Similar issue here with strive 13 gw DEMO. Terry, at slidewright and I are working out measurements and a jig. I'll reply here when we are successful. Might take until the end of the week given the holidays.
Does anyone know the hole pattern for the strive? Perhaps, sth2 toe and warden 11 heel (i think I saw that mentioned on the Interweb, but not a reliable source. )

One of my kids has Strive 13 Demos mounted by REI judging by the sticker. Broke out the calipers and got:
Toe: 30x75
Rear toe to center: 140
Center to fwd heal: 142
Heal: 30x80
I checked that fwd pressure and boot center were good, but recommend a 2x4 check obviously.

I imported Tom’s file and it ‘matches’ the Warden 11 Demo layout tool’s heels I’ve been making with no complaints so far. It’s off by 0.5mm on the side to side measurement and 0.5mm on the heel holes. This makes me wonder if our tool has been off that amount BUT I also wonder why the holes would not be located at a whole mm dimension vs 0.5mm.
Please double check side to side dimensions & fore and aft:
Toes: 29.5mm (vs 30mm) x 75mm
Heels: 29.5 (vs 30mm) x 80.5mm (vs 80mm)

The Strive 16 MN and the Strive 14 MN use the STH/STH2/Warden 13 jig.
The Stage 10/11 and the Strive 12/14 use the Warden 11/Warden 11 Demo jig.
The Strive 11 Demo and the Strive 13 Demo use the Easytrak jig.

I just double checked the center/heel and got the same measurement I posted, could maybe even be convinced its 141 at the heel. Admittedly, my eyes are bad, I'm using some analog calipers and trying to best estimate the center of already mounted screwheads, and apparently I forgot how to spell heel; but 144 was way over when I locked the caliper at that.Quote:

Strange to have the half millimeter significant figures.
Regarding measuring holes, measuring to the same side of holes gives you and 'edge' to measure to vs trying to eyeball a center. That could easily be off by 0.5mm. Also, adding a diagonal measurement provides another data point:

You can probably disregard my numbers at this point. I looked up the BSL since it wasn't marked on the boot (Salomon Quest Pro 28.5, 318 according to Evo) which is not what the binding is set for by the numbers even though the boot is properly centered with good fwd pressure.
Just another reason to mount your own fucking skis I guess, but at least it's a demo and she can make it work as long as it's on the centerline.

If I set the binding to the correct numbers it puts them too close together. The toe is on the 319-326 setting, and the heel is on the 325-332 setting. The forward pressure indicator is smack in the middle and the boot is pretty centered by my eye. Certainly not worth a remount, but will definitely explain to her what's going on in case she ever sells them or changes boots.

For the width, I'd have to go with 29.5mm like @tomahawkins ( you'd think they would go for an even 30mm )
For the toe spacing I have 75mm, and for the heel spacing 80mm.
For the centre mark I have 140mm for both heel and toe.
When my boot is in, its centre mark lines up with the ski's centre mark ( close enough, as the slider stops have measurement wiggle room ).
( plus / minus a couple mm on the centre mark is of little consequence )

Whether the width is 29.5 or 30mm, that's only 0.25mm difference each way.
My in-exact placement of the center punch, or where the pilot drill bit actually starts to bite, whether the drill is 100% perpendicular to the ski, etc, has greater error than 0.25mm.
I'd go with 30mm as that's a nice round number, and who would design something to be 29.5mm ? ( they need a slap if they did so )
