Plates and heel pieces used one day. Mounting hardware have probably 20 days on them. This is the third and final set that I have for sale. They come with yellow risers, heel lifts, an extra set of mounting plates, and have the updated toe bars. The extra mounting plates allow you to move the binding between 2 sets of boards using 4 machine screws.
