They seem to have some good deals (especially on race skis for my daughter) but are across the country from me so looking for feedback if they are legit and offer decent customer service.

Suburban has been around for quite a while. They're legit. Last time I bought from them there was no such thing as the internet. No Amazon, no Google, and most people bought things using cash.
