You’re mixing meats.
List unacceptable. All cutlets matter.
I think the meat-mixing was pretty central to his thesis.
If anything, I'd question the parm entry, it doesn't seem like adding some cheese to the breading is that big of a differentiator.

Whatever kind of Snitzel ( usually with some italian seasoning ) the local food store puts in the meat case, I buy the family pack, freeze them individualy, get like 5 meals, its super easy
