you're fucked
Why the hell would your first post on a ski/snowboard forum be about a fucking iPod? As if there is nowhere else on the interweb you could ask about an iPod.
At least he made it to Tech Talk. Show the hapless JONG some mercy.Quote:

Admitting you have a problem is the first step to recovery. :)
And for users with >500 posts it's not the scarlet V post.Quote:

Not defending either but there have been 34 ipod threads in tech talk this year alone.
He could have googled his jong ass here for chrissake.
it's fawked, put it on the freebie list here and stick someone else with the problem....
I have had tons of problems with my ipod, they break every three or four months. Mine is currently fucked. I can't put my songs onto it either. Call apple support, they'll give you as much help as you can find anywhere. 1800 275 2273
oh god do i regret my last post. some kinda of karma is out to devour my nutsack (and my ipod) after posting that last post, i am now getting the same corrupt file message as you. I deleted the song it said was corrupt, but am still getting that message. And the apple help line people (although they won't admit it) don't know what the hell is going on. Ipods and apple have treated me great so far, but this is getting rediculous.
if itunes.exe is corrupt, it's likely not really their problem. ya don't call ford when your gm breaks down, even if you retrofitted some ford parts onto it.
I use a mac but what I would do on a PC is reinstall itunes 5.0.1/quicktime.

I would also restore the ipod with the ipod utility.

yea, thats the first thing i did, and it didn't help at all, in fact, now, i have a larger variety of problems. Apples customer support line doesn't seem to have any clue whats going on with this either.Quote:
