Down adjusted to 190 mm travel, easy to reduce more or reset to 210
Full disclosure- it’s been a little rattle prone and the seat rails seem to need cleaning/light grease every 3-4 rides.

Having said that, it goes up and down with a solid clunk. Holds air well. Stanchion free or marks/scratches.
