Need a pt recommendation in slc

Hey fellas, I've got an inflamed hip, had an orthopedist take a look, and he gave me a bunch of super duper ibuprofens and said go get some physical therapy on that sucker. So, i have a list a mile long of providers, where do i start?

I picked the closest place I could get to easy, 2 mins away from house. I go to a couple different trainers in same chain PT business so I have bit more flexibility in schedule.

Mandy Mehler rehabbed my shoulder a couple of years ago. She runs the South Temple Mountain Land office. You could probably walk there. She's a skiier and biker and knows her shit.

+1 on mountain land, they helped me rehab my shoulder and were great to work with. Good luck mang, heal up quickly.
