Feeling stupid ? Well this Sat is the 2nd annual Tour de Front Range. that's 60 miles and 8000 vertical feet of climbing. This is nothing more than an informal word of mouth group ride that attempts to link together most of Denver's front range trails into one massive suffer fest. It starts at 8:00 am sharp at white ranch's lower lot. A loop will be ridden there and then it's a road ride out to Chimney gulch. up and over to Apex, down Apex. Another road ride to the Hogback up the hogs back to Zorro trail connecting to green mtn up green mtn descend into bear crk park. Do a loop in bear crk...road ride to mt falcon up mt falcon ( this will hurt) down the backside of falcon to lair o the bear park. Desencd lair O then drop back to Morrison via 74.


I think this sounds like a horribly painful way to spend a Saturday but aside from being a pussy I can't think of any reason NOT to do this ??? anyone else feeling stupid ?

That shit is just craziness. Just one of those open space parks kicks my ass.

i attempted the golden-chimney-apex-hogsback-red rocks-golden last week and that leaves out falcon, yes it most certainly was painful, not to mention its going to be hot this weekend. I'm riding out in Summit.

Next sunday, or the following weekend? I might me hitting Monarch (again) next Sat. Or if you don't do this organized tour de FR, we can do our own shit when I come down there.

negatory. going to cooper to ride the lifts and cruise for the day with some friends, i realize i need ot have a great fitness base before making another attmept.
