I read that article yesterday and couldn't believe that anyone who actually lives here couldn't figure it out. It's not rocket science.
Since lower elevation snow melt off sooner than high, wonder if early spring runoff will be huge?
Right? Average snowpack at lower elevations is lower, so therefore it is skewed more by one or two bigger storm events at low elevation.Quote:
