that's not a hole. that's a tear. multiple tears actually and yer tear is crossing taped seams... gonna need an inside/outside patch at least, probably gonna need some stiches too. then the seam tape will need redoin'. more and better pictures will be needed for a proper diagnosis of needed repairs.
where on the boat is this tear located?
how many chambers does the tear cross?
do the remaining chambers hold air reliably?
how was this caused?
how old is the raft?
brand?
pvc or rubber?
how many other patches/pinhole leaks on this tub?
do you have plenty of the right glue and patch material? (that shit ain't cheap and yer gonna need a bunch of it)

no other damage on the raft. tears occurred on her 3rd trip.
as far as repair materials go, I have none. like i said, not sure i'm gonna take him up on the offer. he also has a 13ft Avon that has been sitting for a few years. no damage or repairs. sounds like any potential repair of the NRS would be costly and time consuming so i'll probably just save up for the avon and buy it when i can.
I would send it to NRS and for a few Hundy have a sweet raft

nrs should still be under their 10 year warranty. raft that young may be worth the repair. more pictures needed
