This guy is local to me and does good work. Small and dedicated and is a surly bike mechanic in his other life. Custom bags or standard he can work with you on what you need.

Yeah it typically either comes down to pick a local or niche outfit, go with a big established custom maker like Rouge Panda or Bedrock or buy an off the shelf option like Revelate.
I've ridden a lot with Greg who runs Yellow Cat Industries. He focuses on no-nonsense cordura bags and should be able to do a custom framebag. He'll probably be a pretty cost effective option compared to Bedrock or Rogue.

seems like either full custom or cheap ebay are the best options... Measure the inside of the frame and get something that fits best.
The TT/HT/DT angle seems very narrow on that frame. An off the shelf option might be difficult as a result. Lots of small makers (and some medium sized) can make a custom option.

Get Rockgeist to make you a custom one. Best build quality in the business IMO.
I think custom will be the best bet for that shape of frame triangle. Hard to go wrong with the more well known makers - Rogue Panda, Bedrock, Rockgeist etc. Some have an easy template system where a photo of the bike from the size with a dollar bill taped to it is all they need.
You might be able to find an off the shelf bag but those can be hit or miss. It would likely leave part of your triangle open, but that's no biggie as you could strap other gear in that open space as well. Measure and compare to specs online.
We use these guys, they are great. I have had good experiences with Rogue Panda as well.

That said, I have had great luck with a Salsa-branded stock Revelate Designs frame bag fitting all of my hardtail MTB's pretty well. Not sure it would work well on the Ragley.

Very happy with anything made by Revelate (AK), their pre-fab frame pack for my full sus- fits perfectly, large beefy zippers, durable. Had to measure carefully to get right size but super happy with it.
If you have time and/or want to color-coordinate, get one custom-made. Good luck on a decent time frame though. It's been cool to see all of these businesses grow the past few years thanks in no part to the pandemic.

I own Jpaks, Rogue Panda and Revelate. They are all really good. I don’t recommend going the “discount” route if you intend to use a lot. Jpaks is local to me and high quality.
All the known brands mentioned are good, it’s more about fit and function. Can’t emphasize enough how important burly, quality zippers are. I do have an old Salsa specific Revelate bag with a less burly zipper and its a PItA. They’ve since upgraded.
I just got my first panda bag for a salsa cutthroat (salsas bags are sold out). I’m super impressed, and it was more like 8 weeks rather than the 10 quoted. That was my first “custom” bag and I really love it. If you go this route, pay for the stretch fabric below the zipper, makes a huge difference with a full load.
