My understanding is that Scarpa has set up there own North American distribution, Scarpa NA.
I bought a pair of Scarpa thermo liners from backcountry.com earlier this summer.
Scarpa is setting up their own stuff right now (www.scarpanorthamerica.com). BD is still handling it this year as a transition, I believe, but that front page has some contact info on it to find out.
