So I am a total pleb on music, please don't hate.
I was training for the army apft and trying to run in a certain timeframe. So I learned about controlling your pace and having music at a certain bpm to match the required running pace. I got a playlist together and that went pretty well. It was also really fun to run to the perfect beat.
Now I'm skiing with music and maybe I want the same thing? Plus I am somewhat burnt out on my current music so trying to get motivated to make a new list.
Thoughts?
