Why ski with it? Get it fixed.
Stretch those hammies, go to physical therapy, if it’s really stubborn go to an orthopod.

Orthotic. You need good arch support. An off the shelf or custom footbed may or may not provide the needed degree of support--depending on the style of footbed. I think the technical term for a footbed that specifically supports the arch is "posted". I assume you have pain other than with skiing--there is at least one thread in Gimp Central on the subject. In my case, a hard orthotic arch support cured the problem pretty quickly but I had only had pain for a few weeks. After that I wore Spenco arch supports for years to prevent recurrence. Other cases may require more treatment than that. See the thread, or better yet, a doctor.
A) THIS IS A DEEP SOUTH MAFIA THREAD.
B) Search Function JONG. Plenty of threads about this already with excellent info in them.

been there done that, I probably got it from running
at the time i was telewanking and xc skiing both skate & classic
IME the support of a big honking T1 Tele boot or even the stiff sole of the skate boot holding the foot in one spot allowed me to ski without pain
The classic boot has a flexible sole and that hurt so I just didnt classic ski for a year
foot beds are a good idea but IME I needed to stop heel striking and land on the balls of my feet, I havent had PF flair up sincesince
So I have custom orthotics. I wonder if they would fit in ski boots?
Try shoving them up your ass. If they fit, they're perfect for your ski boots.

going to suggest trying them sideways first
