Warren Miller gets all the attention, but Dick Barrymore made a bunch of cool ski movies, classic in his own way.
The best known is probably 'The Last of the Ski Bums'.
Here's another I found recently, The White Search:

The Performers -film about the K2 team in 1971
Cant find the whole thing but always on loop in the Red Onion in Aspen ( where a pivitol scene, the wet t shirt contest was filmed) as they did a lot of footage from Aspen
and Tram bar in Snowbird where they hit in a big storm not long after it opened.

Every time I watch something from 'the day' such as the Snowbird piece and it makes me wonder what today's ski stars would be like on the old equipment. Skinny, straight, stiff skis, low-ankle height boots, etc. and deep powder. It would certainly be a different scene from what it is today. Get off my lawn, you punks!!
I don't disagree but I would bet they'd look a lot like the guys in that video who also ripped.
^^ Nice!
Nice collection of Barrymore clips in a YouTube playlist here.
Also, would love to see this...

But the only thing I've been able to find online is this clip...

There appears to be a VHS copy at The Community Library in Ketchum, but seems to be in library use only.
