Consolidated Downieville Thread

I'm about to go off line for the rest of the day, and then head up to Downieville tonight. Here are all the final answers to your many questions:

1) The lodging at the retreat

We're full. Very sorry! This is true for camping spaces there as well. Even though we have the space, they have a limit on how many people can camp there.

2) food at the retreat

Bring whatever you'll want to eat. We haven't done anything collectively, so just plan to bring whatever you might want to throw on the grill, some beer, etc.

3) Shuttles
At this point, if you want space on the Friday 11 am or 4 pm shuttle, call Greg Long at Downieville Outfitters.

4) rides on Saturday and Sunday
I'm sure there are rides we can do, but I've done no investigating. If you can't wait till you get there to figure it out, then again, call Greg Long at Downieville Outfitters.

5) it's going to be HOT and BUGGY up there. You've been warned.
