I need a guide for Mauritania

Yes, I know this is a bizarre shot in the dark, but I seem to have exhausted my other options, and people on this board seem to get around, so ...

I need a guide for a 5-7 day trip to Mauritania. Arrival in Nouakchoutt and travel overland to Chinguietti, Atar, etc. Trip is around Feb. 1-7. Does not have to be a formal tour operator, but I want someone who can meet me at the airport and drive me around and handle the logistics and manage the safety. My budget is around $200 per day, all-in.
