Dropping of my daughter at DU so we will be pretty booked, but I don't want to miss out if something really cool is happening. Any festivals or events going on? Anyone have suggestions for places to eat, things to do while in town? We will be back plenty over the next 4 years so this is more specific to this Labor Day weekend vs. touristy things we can do later.

That place is in nobody's top ten, never mind #1. I've been to the greek theater, gorge, and red rocks. All impressive. Hollywood Bowl in LA? Hope to go soon. Dick's? Yeah, on everyone's bucket list because it has lotsa concessions, and sight lines? It's a fucking soccer stadium, of course it does.
