Bail $ needed for good mag- Little Big Lost

Cliff notes- LBL arrested in Idaho on marijuana possession. He's in his 60's, a hard working and good family man. Idaho is one of the worst states on the weed issue and they put his bail at $50k!
So $5k needed by his family to get him out of which they are struggling to find.
He has been in jail for a couple days already but it's tough for them to ask for community help, given that Idaho is still extremely conservative- so they are turning to our community
I know we're not all dentists, but pls donate what you can, if you can, to help this excellent, positive mag out.

Hello All! LittleBigLost's daughter here. Sadly, my dad was recently arrested on a marijuana charge - Idaho's laws are SO archaic on the matter - and he is being held in the Madison County jail with $50,000 bond, which is an insanely high amount! We are trying to raise some funds to put toward the $5000 we need to get him out and home with his family. We miss our dad! He is an upstanding guy and has never been in any sort of trouble with the law in his 62 years; we were blown away that his bond was set so high given his clean record. It's hard to ask for help, but I'm putting aside my pride because $5000 is just out of the question for our family right now, especially given the attorney's fees that we've incurred. Idaho is a regressive shithole when it comes to Marijuana persecution. It's a racket.

My sister got busted in Idaho and they were more then happy to ruin her life and hiring prospects for a few grams of green. She lawyered up and got it reduced to a couple years probation.

Madison = Rexburg = MoMo City.

I thought this was excessively high too and wondered if this was just Madison County or dependent on how much he had on him. Madison is one of the most conservative counties in Idaho.

An Idaho man is accused of dragging a woman alongside his truck and then running her over. The Times-News reports the man is charged with felony aggravated battery and violating a no-contact order after the incident Monday in Twin Falls. The man was arrested Tuesday and released on $50,000 bond.

Rick Schofield was arrested by Idaho Falls Police last week after they say he showed up to a 55-year-old woman’s home uninvited and sexually assaulted her.
