I'm heading up to Banff later this month for a family trip. The purpose of the trip is to celebrate my parents' 50th anniversary. We'll be staying in Canmore. Any suggestions on a good place for a nice meal to celebrate their anniversary? Would the Iron Goat be a good choice? Any other suggestions generally on things to do are appreciated, too. I've been to Banff once before, so I've got a pretty good idea of what the major sites are.

Crazy weed is good eats. Love their food.I'd also recommend the iron goat. Good food and nice location especially if it's a nice day. Assistant manager is a buddy. Great guy. He'll treat you right. Local character and natural customer service guy. Machine on the bike and skis too

Just got back and what an incredible trip. The weather really cooperated. Had a great dinner last night at the Iron Goat, too.
