Isn't there supposed to a what's cooking, or what's for dinner thread?
Came up with a Sriracha meatloaf today I was all proud of.
Was craving meatloaf and didn't all the right stuff, so used what I had.
No egg meatloaf with rice for the bread crumbs, Sriracha to replace the ketchup in the loaf. Instead of the ketchup topping for the last 15 minutes, blue cheese crumbles and Hatch green chiles!
