So decided to support my local hill. Picking up pass Friday 12/9/16 and skiing Will be going up this weekend and off Fridays this season. Can storm chase some later in season also
If you want to join let me know. If not you can bitch about how flat it is. I will disagree and post pics. Typical TGR level, better than some and will chase others. Have skied there for years and know the good spots.

My best day last season was at powmow. "low angle" is fine by me when it lasts all day. Hope to make it back later this winter.
Anyone know of overnight parking at or near Powder Mountain? Heading there next week to use the Loveland pass free days and would like to find a close quiet place to squat for the evenings.

The campsites by the lake would be nice. Maybe open by now. Eden is pretty quiet and can park on side roads I imagine. There was a guy who left his challenger in the same spot in the lot for days. Up by hidden lake may be best spot though since that lot has no plows.

Sold. Wife and I will be staying at Wolf Creek or whatever it's called. Hopefully just running those free cat laps all day... I'll be in a black BD jacket, yellow pants, black helmet, white G3 Manhattans w/Radical STs, grey Cotopaxi pack. I guess skins for the ridge too.Quote:
