$1400 Midweek Mammoth Ski Lease - Members Wanted
For those who are able to ski midweek and are looking for season-long lodging, please see below. Our full-time spots are full and just 1 (or potentially 2) MIDWEEK-ONLY memberships are still available.
We are a small group that is looking for new housemates for a ski season rental in Mammoth. We all live in Los Angeles or San Diego, but visit Mammoth frequently and enjoy always having a place to stay and leave our gear.
The midweek-only membership excludes weekends and a few holidays. On the plus side, you can look forward to a mostly (or entirely) empty house, typically with your own bedroom with private bathroom. It's just $1,400 for the 6 months--come as often as you want.
The condo is a 6-month rental from 12/1/16 to 5/31/17. It comes fully furnished (including washer/dryer, cable TV, and WiFi) and has 4 full bathrooms, plus there are a few hot tubs in the complex. It's located on the Red Line kitty corner from Vons, so quite a convenient location, and it's a recently renovated, nice unit. There is a monthly professional cleaning service, plus we ask that all members be committed to maintaining a clean, comfortable living situation.
The condo layout is such that midweek, you would likely always have one of the two private bedrooms, each complete with a private full bath. Guests can be brought for an additional fee if there is room--this shouldn't be an issue during the week.
