so i just upgraded my mac mini to 1 gig of memory and have the 512 stick just sitting around collecting dust. it's a Micron Tech. PC3200, 512meg DDR400 CL3 module (it's in a kingston memory sleeve, but that's just cause the replacement was a kingston module). call it $40something +a couple bones shipping?
