I was doing my annual geek out and think of May surf trip when I noticed flights were freaking cheap. $650 RT LAX to Bali cheap...

Interesting. I am taking the wife to Greece this summer, so unfortunately a surf trip is probably out. I want to go to la saladita/trocones at some point, I have heard la saladita is like a reverse warm water malibu, so that should be awesome, and troncones is supposed to be a nice left point. Maybe summer 2017, that is the plan as of now. I would love to do it this summer but I doubt the stars will align.
