cheap house rental this winter in Ogden

i have a vacant unfurnished rental house in Ogden that i'd love to fill for the winter and potentially hook some mags up at the same time. 25 minutes to Snowbasin, a little over an hour to LCC. 3br 1ba, typical rent is $750 plus util but if I can get a solid mag or two to keep the place occupied i'm thinking half that depending on the situation. term would be until March 31. Location is so so, kinda rough block next to a really nice block. house is remodeled and i need to keep it that way. pm me if this sounds like an opportunity
