Need to have solid math/finance skills, probably at least some experience. Decent pay (maybe better than decent for CB), interesting and rapidly growing firm. For the right guy I think they'll hire quickly.

Bump because they're now including a pass* along with the NYC level paycheck.
*in reality, pass may not be included, but since they haven't found anyone yet I'm pretty sure they'd do it. And I do think the pay would be good, plus it seems to be a solid firm with a good product.
Give us better details, what level of experience what level of pay, what segment of finance?

Can't answer all your questions as I don't work for this firm, and I don't know who is making those decisions--I think experience/pay are probably tied together to some degree and they are flexible (I don't think people at either end of the experience/pay spectrum would work for this--probably ideally a fairly junior guy with at least a few years relevant experience). I can tell you based on other hires they've made, at least in NYC the pay is competitive (which is why I believe it would be the same for CB--although I have no idea what, if any, baseline exists for finance jobs there).Quote:

So tempted to send. Doubt they would relocate someone from the East Coast? I have 10 yrs experience specific to working with Portfolio Compliance (rule based post trade monitoring). Clients ranging from the largest mutual fund providers to Japanese separately managed accounts. I'm probably their man...ha
What specifically do you mean finance wise? CFO type stuff, investments, securities, etc?

Yeah, you might be. I think they might relocate someone, and the latest twist is they might be willing to allow someone to work from NYC. But I'm not 100% on that and I still assume CB would be preferable as that's where the department is currently located. You should put yourself in the running.Quote:
