I'm 25 years old, an artists and a strong believer in the adage "live and let live." I don't have any pets, but I'm down with plants and cats. The apartment ceilings are 12 feet high and the windows are big and breezy to keep you cool in the summer months. The radiators keep you warm and toasty in the winter months. I can personally say the kitchen is great for cooking and the bathroom great for pooping. I'm looking for one or two people to sign a year lease with me starting June 1st. You can move in anytime before that since the room is currently empty. Six hundred seventy five dollars per month. That includes heat water and electricity.
