Newegg or find a old router and the first thing you should do is flash it with DD-WRT. that will turn your $50 router into $500 router.

No, haven't, but I made a custom base out of Corian.
Take an old junk PC and download and install your choice of PFSence, IPCop, or Untangle free versions and plug it in. May need a 2nd network card or USB NIC for the lan/wan interface. Set up the firewall software and then your important items. Also for the price of a router, you should have a spare- even if it is only a comsumer style router with DD-WRT or the like loaded and sitting on the shelf.

This is not a problem with the Porter Cable. Besides I use the fixed base for the under table mount. Much easier that way to adjust to maximum height when switching out collets.Quote:
