admin help please

hi, i am having some trouble completing my registration. i never received the email to complete registration. i did check my junk folder.

somehow i'm logged in right now, but if i try to log out and log back in i get a message saying my membership has not been activated yet. i registered weeks ago. i was able to log in to the mobile app today
