MPC#122 Las Montanas/Vertical Relief Voting
Wow. The first summertime MPC returned with fervor. That made for an especially hard selection process. Which is a bunch of bullshit niceties if you weren't chosen. I've hosted these. I've been left out of these. I know that sometimes the facilitators choices are bullshit.
I brought my wife in on this.
Thematic relevance was discussed. Terrific photography was discussed. At some level a couple of these became toss-ups of taste at the moment.
This is a long way of saying, this was a rad MPC.
I'm sorry if you weren't chosen. I really liked the kayak shot #1 by ridinshockgun. I would love the day in the hills by bronic. Man, I wish Wiibert's waterfall shot was in here. I really dig the interpretations and adaptations of the theme by the crew at large. Fuzz's rainbow shot deserves a mention at some level. Arguably one of the best shots posted.
But here's the final 5… Truly I appreciate how hard this one was. Whether or not you think something was snubbed, and with this group you should, I think we can all agree that these are some great photos that really fit the theme…
