holy shit... how does that happen.
Chinese boards made for 12 bux each? How can they get those margins?

Forum is a decent board.
Costco uses diversionary buying. Ergo forum wouldn't sell to them so costco sought out a foreign distributor who was hurting for cash and offerred them a lump sum for x amount of boards. At least that's what's happened to my company in the past. Funny thing was we bought all of them back to protect our retailers, and costco offerred us a bulk discount for the amount we were buying. Go figure.
fuck the free market!
Man, if the ski industry pulled their head out of their ass, a season pass + cheap gear + lessons early season discount deal would be a great way to get people into the sport.
but, that'll never happen.
a computer and a snowboard for every child!
OHHHH! HAVE IT SPONSORED BY GOPRO!
too bad the government won't nationalize the ski industry
what, so some lazy fucks would get rich and lord it over the rest of us schmucks while getting line cutting privileges, sweetheart government leases, favorable labour rulings and favourable laws? And the skiing public who they bilk while polluting and raping the land would say "thank you sir may I have another"
never happen
