Ok, I am going to pull the trigger on another short trip out west, but now I'm thinking maybe the Mammoth mini vs Utah the second weekend of April. Can't do both.
Longer, more expensive flight, and a much longer drive, and much less chance of powder, and I'd only be able to ski 3 days instead of 4... but it would be a mini, and that would be sweet.

tough call man. April in the Wasatch can be absolutely epic with big snow and hardly anyone around to fight for the new tracks. Then again, there really is something to be said for corn snow in the Sierras and ripping around with a slew of internet rippers under perfect sunny skies.
