Yesterday a friend and I skied to Black Tusk from Rubble Creek, climbed it, then skied back to Function Junction down the microwave road.

Stoke! I love the Tusk, aesthetically anyway. I'd love to climb it, always thought a winter ascent would be cool.
Yeah it was sweet and I don't think it is done too often. Although we were surprised to see a dude on a solo mission, he took a pretty similar route to us but didn't summit.
