Was just wondering what you know that I don't.

I know McCormick's has ridiculously cheap eats, but eats aren't always the most important item on the agenda :FIREdevil ... Pioneer SQ? Belltown? Fremont?
who's in/out/downwith it/up for it/jiggy with it?
Another one I know of that's pretty good is Ivar's Salmon House. That's the place almost under the Ship Canal Bridge on Lake Union. They have an outdoor deck on the lake when the weather's nice.
very nice AD... the Whalemaker I believe their lounge is called. They do a good happy hour? So are you in? Good pizza pie at the Northlake just across the street too. Just don't order the pepperoni unless you like Oberto Beef Stick on your pizza

What about the Pike Brewery? I know they do happy hour beer prices til 6:30. The Sonics are in town tonight, so I'd just as soon stay downtown until the game starts and traffic slows down anyway. Let's get together and swap non-skiing stories :) and quaff some fresh. I'll be there by 5:30
Ray's Cafe out by Shilshole has a good happy hour, but I would go there with more of an emphasis on getting their great food rather than drinks.
One more, Atlas Cafe in U Village (don't laugh) has really cheap food and drink prices.

Atlas, like scoob mentioned has great snacks (nachos, quesadillas, salads) and cheap prices on drinks. They do carry some good beer as well.
Ruth's Chris steak house has amazing deals on snacks (think: bacon wrapped sirloin bites for $2 and a burger w/ fries for $2), cheap girly drinks as well as cheap beers.
I'll have to check out Atlas and Ruth Chris sometime...
we're on for the Pike tonight... There is rumored to be a Greenmachine appearance as well as 99 rodents and some other non internet freaks as well...

I'm not a big fan of Pike's beer, although the XXXXX Stout isn't bad. If you want good beer w/ snow theme, head out to Rogue in Issaquah. The Issaquah Brewhouse has awesome beer (Dead Guy, Brutal Bitter, Yellow Snow to name a few) and the chowder is better than Ivars.
But the stumble home is a bitch.
