.NET Programmer/Firm Wanted

So, to keep from getting hit with libel for a rant, I'll make this short. The design firm that I hired to handle my website has repeatedly dropped the ball over the last year and I'm ready to fire them and hire someone else. Anyone in TGR land who can program within a .NET framework (even better, do you live in SLC or PC)? Or anyone who knows this stuff way better than I and can take our site to a less "enterprise" level? There's still some money tied up with the other firm (of which they haven't completed the work), but in the next month or so I'm looking to make a break.
