Front Range Hook Up - 2/10 - Lower Arkansas (Canon City)

I deleted the other thread do to location change and no longer looking for Beta.

Looks like a possibility for some good snow finally in Summit County, so I am going fishing. Wanted to extend an invite to any mags that want to come as well. Did this once before and had fun. Plan is to fish Sunday somewhere on the lower Ark above Canon City. I am not familiar with the area from a fishing standpoint, but bought a fishing map and have some books to read (haha). Chance of snow on Saturday is 30%, high of 37F, after a warm week with temps in the 48 to 50 range. Sunday, chance of snow is 50%, high of 33.

Hoping some clouds and the warmer week will make for some good fishing. I don't know enough about the basin to say whether or not Saturday will be any better conditions then Sunday...any advice is always welcome...you all have taught me alot over the years.

I picked Sunday, hoping for smaller crowds, and better cloud cover. I will be coming from Denver if anyone wants to ride along. I talked with a guide friend who said it has been fishing really well.
