No more drop down menu from "FORUMS" in tool bar?

I really liked that feature, looks like it has gone away and we have the new White background top of page banner that burns the eyes....

Used to be able to click forums from very top tool bar next to "COMMUNITY" and "SHOP" and get the whole list less padded room and work etc...It was very functional and time saving

never knew it was there, tend to just hit that little house or 'home' button if i want a specific forum, but have passed it along to the webgurus, thanks...
