I have a thin mount grad ND filter stuck on my 11-16. The biggest end spins obviouslty to adjust the grad but I for the life of me can't loosen the tiny ring that threads onto the lens. I have used this a ton and have never had this happen. I put it on last night and it won't come off now. I'm in the AC, would bringing it outside help? Any other ideas???
Hold it under hot water......
of course that may cause other issues.

Strap wrench is your best friend.
Or tap it with a hammer.
Or those Silpat/silicone kitchen jar openers. Or maybe an inner tube.

I do that for my girl with sauce jars all the time. She thinks she loosened it. Poor stupid lass ;)
