JavaScript Developer?

We are seeking a full-time Software Engineer to design new education-based interfaces using object-oriented JavaScript technologies. This position is located in Washington, DC (Georgetown). If you're interested, shoot me a PM.

Duties & Responsibilities:
Design efficient software using front-end development in a fast-paced, creative, innovative, team environment. Build browser-based and mobile applications within an existing object-oriented JavaScript framework. Design new structures and refactor existing components to deliver high-quality, sustainable software.

Required Skills:
• 3 – 5 years’ experience in object-oriented JavaScript application development, including extensive experience in across multiple browsers.
• Extensive experience with JavaScript libraries and developing user-intensive JavaScript applications.
• Experience building User Interfaces and/or Usability.
• Experience developing AJAX applications.
• Strong experience with HTML 4 and 5.
• Strong CSS experience.
• Database query experience.

Desired Skills:
• Experience with alternate JavaScript libraries (e.g., jQuery, Dojo, Joose).
• Experience with ASP.NET, C# and/or C/C++.
• Experience with Yahoo User Interface (YUI) is a plus.
