Ronnie Montrose died Saturday at 64 after a battle with cancer. He, Sammy and the band cranked out some great shit in the late 70s; "Bad Motor Scooter", Space Station #5", "I've got the fire", "Make it Last", "Rock Candy", and many more. His music will live on for many years!
Love me some Gamma2. Ronnie was a great player.

Saw him a few times at the State theator in minneapolis years ago, good show every time!

Was shocked to see this. Looks like Ronnie got hammered and shot himself. His cancer was in remission . Sad man.
